COFFEE CONVERSATIONS

Coffee Conversations consists of a very simple yet incredibly effective way of connecting, engaging and focussing staff, in a gentle yet fun energised manner that achieves tangible shifts and measurable results.
 
The process of a Coffee Conversation consists in three easy steps:
 
STEP #01 - A presentation (20min)                                          
 
A short impactful presentation, with video clips or engaging slides to warm the group up, share useful information and get people talking on the same page.
 
STEP #02 - An engaged conversation (20min)
 
The group is split into teams of 3 or 4 with flip chart paper and Kokies to answer 3 Powerful Questions designed to align and concrete practical using of information
 
STEP #03 - A consolidation (20min)
 
Each group gets a chance to present feel heard and be acknowledged through presenting their discussion, this is consolidated by the facilitator onto a central chart.
 
POST COFFEE CONVERSATION:
 
“It’s not the notes that make the music ... It’s the pauses between the notes that matter”
 
So the post coffee conversation is where your management team has to opportunity to most influence staff and get real results and engagement of staff. Aligning sales or team meetings to the topic discussed, having individual conversations based on the key theme of the month and having wall charts around the office, are great ways to keep staff aligned and focussed on achieving results from the Coffee Conversations.
 
ADDITIONAL COFFEE CONVERSATIONS & WORKSHOPS:
 
Coffee Conversations work best in a series of one hour workshops over 6 to 8 months. This spaced repetition has been shown in Neuroscience to be the way our brains are wired to best absorb information. We can assist you and your teams through regular Coffee Conversations with customised trainings, workshops or specific coaching to ensure the highest level of results and productivity from your teams across your business.
